International Shipping Policy

You will have the option to choose your shipping method at the checkout page along with a list of shipping rates.  International orders are usually sent via UPS or USPS and ship within 1 to 2 business days, depending on product availability, build/preparation time, where you live, and where it is being shipped from.  All shipments are fully insured with free insurance covered by

If you require your order to arrive by a certain date, please let us know by sending us a note along with your order or contacting us (please include your order number).  If, at anytime, we discover your order cannot be fulfilled normally, we will contact you to discuss what will be done.

USPS is usually the most affordable method of shipping for international orders.  USPS ships the item to your country and allows your local post office to complete the delivery.  The two most commonly used shipping methods for international orders are USPS Priority and USPS Express.  If your order is not rushed, you should choose USPS Priority.  If you are in a rush, we recommend using USPS Express, UPS, FedEx, or DHL

Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and customs that may come with your order.  Your information will be included in the shipping.  Feel free to include any information and special instructions about customs declaration at your order checkout.  

The buyer will not receive a refund on the shipping if a package is returned to or rejected.  Buyer will also be responsible to pay for the disposal or the return shipping and handling cost.  

Products made in the USA are duty free when shipped to Mexico and Canada.

Oversize/Large Specialty Items

Special rates may apply on larger items and special orders. We will contact you if your order requires special care.


Shipping to Any Address Different from Your Billing Address does allow the shipping address to be different from your billing address in special cases when you are sending your order to a dive destination, a hotel, a shop, etc.  In order to do so, we may ask you to pay via by bank transfer.

When paying by bank transfer, we will send you our bank's information along with instructions on how to send us your payment.  We do this as part of our effort to protect both ourselves and other potential victims of financial fraud.

Manufacturer Limitations

We will not be able to fill certain orders for some manufacturers due to their distribution agreement and will reach out to you for a solution.
