New & Unused

• An item is considered new if it has no signs of any wear. Please test the fit of every product before removing packaging and registering the product.

• Returns within 30 days of the original purchase date - Full Money Back

• Returns within 60 days of the original purchase date - Full Store Credit

Open Package

• Items are considered Open Packages if it is new with either damaged or no original packaging. Please test the fit of every product before removing packaging and registering the product.

• Returns within 30 days of the original purchase date - 85% Store Credit.

• Returns within 60 days of the original purchase date - 85% Store Credit.

• We do not accept any used items but we may make some exceptions with a partial refund or credit.

• Exchange policies are the same as the return policy for the 30 and 60 days but the conditions are more flexible. Please contact us regarding exchanges at contact@divecatalog.com.
