The DiveVolk 2000 Lumen SL20 turned out to be a lot better than I expected. It’s bright, solid, and surprisingly lightweight for the power it puts out. Underwater, the beam is clean and even — no weird hot spots — which makes it great for both video and still shots. The colors on my footage look way more natural now.
Battery life is actually pretty good. I’ve taken it on a couple of deeper dives and still had plenty of juice left when I got back on the boat. The build quality feels tough, and the controls are simple enough to change settings even with gloves on.
Overall, it’s a reliable light that does exactly what you need without overcomplicating things. For the price and performance, it’s a solid choice for any diver looking to step up their lighting game
