All orders ship from our Southern California warehouse or one of our partner warehouses across the U.S. Our team selects the best carrier FedEx, UPS, or USPS to deliver your order as fast as possible. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.

In-Store Pickup
Pickup Today
Products marked as Available for Pickup Today can typically be picked up from our retail location on the same business day if the item is currently in stock and the order is placed during business hours.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may be available for pickup on the next business day.
Customers will receive an email confirmation when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for your pickup-ready notification before visiting the store.
A valid government-issued photo ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.
Pickup Later
Some products may not be immediately available for pickup and may require transfer from another warehouse, supplier, or fulfillment location.
Products marked as Available for Pickup Later can be reserved and picked up once inventory becomes available at the selected store location.
Estimated pickup availability will be communicated after the order is placed. Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup.
Products on Display in Store
Certain products displayed in our retail showroom may be available for demonstration purposes but may not be stocked at that location for immediate purchase.
Customers may order these products in-store or online and have them shipped directly to their preferred shipping address.
Products ordered from display inventory are subject to the same shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping charges outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Lead Time & Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific Time often ship the same day. Backorders may take 5–10 business days. Open-box products typically ship with standard shipping.
If an order ships in multiple parts due to availability, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
