Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, however, it is preferably that the order should be cancelled 1-2 hours you placed the order, which is before we ship it out. Otherwise, the process could take longer to be cancelled.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We also provide live chat support. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-2 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on the weekends will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping: 3-5 days. Expedited Shipping: 1-2 days.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 60 days after receiving your order. Please visit our return portal to submit a return.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

We may charge a restocking fee for new purchased items that are returned as used or damaged.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
